Hi, I’m Katrina!

As a CPA, I’ve spent much of my career focused on numbers, precision, and problem-solving. While I love my work, I recognized early on that I needed a creative outlet to balance the stresses of a busy professional life. That’s when I discovered paper crafting—it quickly became the perfect way to unwind and feed my artistic side. Over time, I realized how much I enjoyed sharing this passion with others so I became a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. Teaching crafting techniques, sharing tips, and connecting with fellow enthusiasts inspired me to create Paper Crafting Ninjas, where creativity meets community.

Outside of my crafting world, I stay energized with a variety of passions. I’m an avid Jazzercise fan, love exploring Oregon’s stunning wine regions and coast, and never miss an opportunity to travel. I’ve even had the thrill of appearing as an extra in a couple of Portland-based TV shows, which gave me a behind-the-scenes look into the entertainment industry—a fascinating experience!

Nature is one of my greatest sources of creative inspiration. Whether I'm strolling through the forest or just walking in my neighborhood, the colors, textures, and peaceful moments around me spark fresh ideas and new perspectives that I carry into my crafting.

    She is warm and friendly, as well as extremely patient and kind. She works with those of us who are slow and don’t always get it, as well as those who are advanced. She cares about what you like and works to help you accomplish it. I love her Zoom classes from specialty to Paper Pumpkin. She is not just a demonstrator but a friend to all. If you need a demonstrator, I would highly recommend her. You will love her.
